Skull Horse

I’m focusing only on beaded sculpture right now. I put off beadwork for years because I was getting tired of the flat 2d box I felt I was in. Sculpture has solved that. It is pure pleasure to create and I’m very inspired.

This one is created with found objects, seed beads, apoxie sculpt clay, a raccoon skull and solder.

My new goal, after being asked a few times, was to actually make earrings. I usually hate making two of the same item. Funny, I know. Even small items bother me when it comes to trying to do the same thing twice. And don’t get me started on symmetry. I’m not that patient. So, I started playing and GUESS WHAT! Making earrings is fun. And I threw my symmetrical freak out to the wind. Here is a peek at what I’ve made… Little sculptures. I’m enjoying creating these a lot.
